The New Era composters, made in Quebec by Joracan, have been officially recognised as bear-proof by the Canadian organisation “WildSafeBC”.
Our model NE401 has successfully passed the bear test at Park BC Wildlife in Kamloops, British Columbia. The NE401 was placed in direct contact with the bears during a 36 hour period and proved resistant to their attacks and attempts to get inside the composter.
“Our composters are not only secure and easy to use in treating organic materials efficiently, but they also respond to the needs of businesses, organizations and citizens” stated Jacques Charbonneau, Joracan president.
